I frequently dine at Asuka and have enjoyed the experience every time. I have gotten to know the owners and staff of the restaurant and they are all wonderful people who create an amazing atmosphere with excellent food and service. I have tried several dishes here and everything is great! They have the best sushi in the Lexington area by far! If you haven't given Asuka a try yet, I would HIGHLY recommend it. You won't be let down. |

This place is AWESOME!!!! I have never experienced Japanese cusine before and I was amazed at how delicious EVERYTHING was! The restaurant is beautiful & the atmosphere is fabulous! We had a difficult time choosing what we wanted to eat because the menu is extensive. We finally chose the scallop teriyaki dinner with fried rice, yakisoba, ika salad, and the derby roll. Each entree comes with the house salad & soup. The dressing on the salad & the miso soup were excellent! I would have been content with just that for a meal! The service is awesome! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel you are the only patron they have. My only regret is that we did not sit where we could see the chef's amazing skills on display. I will absolutely return to this fine establishment; in fact, I have called several friends and we are making plans to go next weekend, and this time we'll sit where we can see the chef's show. The entire restaurant is meticulously clean , even the bathrooms. Asuka has to be Nicholasville's best kept secret! |

WOW! You really have to try the lobster roll and the T.J. Roll. They are wonderfully done. It was even a treat to watch the creation of the lobster roll. Nice. We'll be back.  |

I ate at Asuka for the first time about a week ago, and I must say it's the coolest atmosphere i've been in yet, and the food was GREAT!!!! |
